Most of the poultry sold at today’s grocery stores has been plumped with salt and water before packaging, and came from birds raised in conditions that would shock most consumers.

Our turkeys are natural and have been raised in the fresh air of our North Carolina farm. They are antibiotic free and are not plumped artificially before packaging. While they are young, our turkeys are in a heated area, and then they are kept on pasture, and we move their coup every few days, ensuring fresh grass at all times.
