Nikki knocks it out of the park with these great smothered pork chops with baked brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Our meat in this video was provided by Highlands Family Farm in Valdese and Connelly Springs, NC. Nikki was inspired by a recipe on Pinterest, but she always changes things up a bit.
