Highlands Butchery - Farm-To-Table Restaurant and Butcher Shop

Welcome to Highlands Butchery located at 205 Roderet St. Valdese, NC the only custom butcher shop in Eastern Burke County. We offer Highlands Family Farm meats including beef, lamb, and pork cut the way you want it. We will also have chicken from local farms and seafood. We hope you will enjoy our meats.

Our Restaurant, which is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:00-9:00 PM, and Sunday for brunch, 10:00-2:00, will feature our meats with an emphasis on burgers and bratwursts. We invite you to check us out.

DIRECTIONS TO HIGHLANDS BUTCHERY (DURING VALDESE FESTIVAL)

• From Morganton - I40 exit 112 - turn left onto Eldred St at the bottom of the exit ramp.
• From Hickory - I40 exit 112 - turn right onto Eldred St at the bottom of the exit ramp. Continue on Eldred St until you come to the end. At the stop sign turn Right onto Laurel St. Immediately turn left onto Bellview Ave. At the stop sign turn right onto Walnut. At the stop sign turn left onto Louise Ave which will become Italy St. At the top of the hill turn right onto Bobo Ave. The Butchery is the next building on the right!
